From cask at Haymarket. Pours clear and golden light brown with an orage glare. Holds dense and creamy light brown head. Roasted a light citric aroma. Light phenolic flavour to a roasted malty base. Dry and slight acidic in the finish and with a distinct phenolic note on the back of the tongue.
