Sampled from the tap at Republic 7C. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of light fruits with Belgian yeast and spice backed by light grains. Flavor has earthy grains supported by yeast, light fruit and Belgian spice.

I have had this many times but most recentlu at the brewery; not sure how I have not rated it before. In any event, it has a floral hop aroma with some Belgian yeast but this is not like a Belgian ipa. Sweet malt and sugar with some hops as well. This is hard to shoehorn into a style but Belgian strong will do given the yeast. Lasting floral aftertaste on the palate.

From tap at Republic. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry roasted malty and light phenolic. Bitter and light herbal. Fruity and medium dry to bitter. Ends dry and light herbal phenolic.
