On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a light tan head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has some earthy and musty pine with a bit of resin and an earthy grain backbone. Flavor has earthy pine and must with a bit of bread and earthy grain.

Draught at Herkimer. Dark copper color. Low carbonation. Light hops and soap in the flavor. Not bitter at all, no pine, flowers, or other flavors I expect from an ipa, but just bland. This is a poor effort.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and crisp bitter. Toasted malty and light breadish. Ends dry and bitter. Mild breadish finish.
