On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Bruna-rossastra, profonda, schiuma avorio media, molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta candita, uva passa, frutta rossa, zucchero di canna, sentori vinosi. In bocca è abboccata all'attacco con splenda nota acida vinosa a chiudere. Corpo medio-pieno, carbonazione media. Intensa, rotonda, complessa, uno spettacolo!

Tap. Dubbel color with a super creamy ivory foam. Nose: yeasty, dried fruits, resins, vinous a bit sour. Mouth: creamy, toasty, sourish.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine persistente, color marrone torbido, al naso caramello zucchero di canna caffè malto tostato spezie frutta matura esteri, in bocca caramello frutta matura Rum uvetta sotto spirito malto tostato, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, l’alcool c’è ma ben bilanciato, molto dolce con amaro accentuato. Un po' troppo dolce comunque una buona birra. Ben fatta. c. Fatti una birra 14.05.21

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, with moderate brown foam, fine. Aroma is malty, molasses, caramel, a little nutty, figs. Body is not thick at a first impression, but rather full and also a little sticky later. Taste is markedly sweet, a little boozy too. Final is long and malty.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a small brown head. Aroma is estery and phenolic. Solid caramelish and phenolic. Dry, roasted and herbal phenolic. Rather dry and phenolic finish.
