A light but flavorful ale, best noted for it’s crisp malt profile and a delicate fruitiness lent by American ale yeast and a characteristic addition of dextrose (corn sugar). Balanced by a small addition of Styrian Goldings hops for aroma. Brewed with one of the original Dock Street brewers, Victor Novak, who flew in from California to whip up this perfect spring beer.
