A beer designed by letting our brains default to what we think is delicious. Often we inadvertently fight the urge to put hops that are obviously delicious together. Who knows why, it’s just a thing we accidentally do because delicious things can sometimes feel “obvious.” Does that make them any less delicious though? Heck no!

In this case we’ve accidentally been fighting ourselves to put Citra (the king of all hops) and Riwaka, a hop we find throws Citra vibes with a distinct New Zealand terroir to it, together. It's a blend of hops we took criminally long to assemble. We hope you accept this beer as our apology, it’s tasting wonderful. Think plush tropical berries lathered in citrus and mango.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some tropical hops notes and with a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some tropical hops notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice tropical focus floral hops notes with creamy notes.
