Noble N:7. Our Noble range is our humble take on the traditional beer styles of continental Europe and America that have stood the test of time. N:7 is a strong German lager brewed principally with a blend of organic Vienna and Munich malts. We fermented this beer slowly at a low temperature and lagered it for over 6 weeks to allow the toasty malty flavours with hints of caramel and dark raisins to fully mature.

Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours cloudy dark reddish brown with medium white head. Aroma is intense malt, caramel, toffee, overripe apples, sultana raisins, and faint hints of banana. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, and light acidic. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, toffee, nuts, raisins, apples, and hints of black tea.
