Nach so vielen fränkischen Kellerbieren wieder mal ein klassisches Pilsener! - "Winkler Amberger feinherbes Pils", Flasche (50 cl) im Paket von Mein-Biershop.de. - Goldgelb, klar; der feinporige Schaum bildet schöne Ringe. - In der Nase feines, elegantes Zitronenöl und Anklänge an Fenchel, beim Wärmerwerden brotiges Malz. - Antrunk brotig hellmalzig und zunehmend hopfenwürzig: die feine Zitrone, die im Geruch dominierte, weicht hier bitterem Orangeat. Gut rezent, nicht ganz so schlank, angenehm trocken. Im Abgang ordentlich orangenschalig hopfenbitter. - Etwas malzschweres aber sehr solide gehopftes Pilsener, das an tschechische Biere erinnert. Kann auf seine Weise durchaus mit einem fränkischen Kellerbier konkurrieren.

0,33 l bottle out of the current kappldav123 box. Thanks a lot mate! Dark clear golden in the glass with an huge off white head. Low malt and a little bit hop on the nose. Taste starts with a lot of bitterness for a bavarian Pils. Malty bedding, metalic hints. Caramell in the background. Mainly bitter aftertaste. Okay.

*Nice grassy and fresh Pils. Moderate bitterness with hints of grain and nice grassy parts. Not too sweetish, nice and crisp with a fresh and a bit grainy aftertaste. Nice!

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, but not washy. Fine spicy notes, dry background. Some fruity hints of lemon. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. A good one!
