Bottled. Clear, golden with a small white head. Sweetish and malty nose with a weak fruityness and some beef-stock. Malty sweetness, alcohol and bitterness in the flavor. Full-bodied beer with a long finish with hops, malt and some alcohol. A nice Spanish beer. (070331)

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, warm, amber golden with a neat, off-white head. Sweetish caramel aroma. Medium body with sweet caramel and some warming alcohol. Quite pleasant - especially considering the style. 291206

Bottle, picked up at the Dodgy Deli’, Cowley Rd, Oxford, 15-09-06.Reddy/amber coloured beer very malty aroma and this was also one of the main features in the taste, along with a distinct fruitiness. Quite a bit of flavour but not in any harmony, ok.

Beige head with pinkish shine, slightly irregular; dark amber beer with haze. Smells oxydized (BBd indecipherable), cookies & caramel; faint rosewater/"amandine" aroma. Initial bitterish taste, horse chestnut or bitter walnut, again oxydation, on a caramelly background. Malty character. Warming up, becoming more and more syrupy. Bit velvety MF - a bit "smooth" in the nitrokeg way, definitely fizzy, but defeated by the syrup. It’s here, in the sweetness that the alcohol shows. Not very refined.

A dark amber beer with a fine small disappearing head. The aroma is sweet malty on a sour background. The flavor is of bread, oranges, and caramel.
