En go' bajer. Smager af mere end procenten antyder. Karakteristisk amerikansk inspireret, velhumlet og samtidig ukompliceret.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a pale, grayish golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Vague citrusy notes, absolutely no trace of oak nor whiskey. Medium body, some refreshing citrus and some boozy notes as when you mix booze directly with another liquid. Bitter and not overly pleasant. I can tell this has booze added, but again: absolutely no barrel-aged character. A straight, plain APA would've been more interesting. No traces of the funk the previous rater spotted. 191118

Hazy orange with an off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Bitter and dry finish. Could do with some more aroma hops and a little extra body. 091009

Bottle. It’s slightly cloudy, golden in color and with a diminishing off-white head leaving lacings. Citrusy, malty aroma, rather boring. The flavor isn’t much more exciting, there’s citrusy, piney hops and some bitterness, as well as pale malts. Quite straight forward, just like an American Pale Ale should be, but it’s too boring. Medium body, bitter, citrus-peel finish. Refreshing. 110108

Bottle, 6%. Mild caramelly and grassy aroma of hops. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has some of the same as the aroma. It is a little caramelly with a grassy note, hint of pine. Mild, but good bitterness, clean. Uncomplicated beer, but pleasant.

Bottled (Thanks Papsoe!). Yelowish golden colour, white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some caramel malts and mild fudgeish sweet notes. Flavour is fruity and flowery hops along with just a good amount of caramel and other malts. Very pleasant and drinkable. I like this kind APA.
