Cask at the Euston Tap. Pours clear, rich gold with a cloud-like, creamy white head. Nose of butter, bread, straw and crackers. Lovely flavor, brilliantly balanced. Sweet cracker malts and light honey lend sweetness, then straw, light grass and lemon zest bitter things up a bit. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes nice and dry with further notes of crackery, leaf and straw hops and hints of citrus. This is just an incredibly drinkable and tasty beer. Well done, Ossett.

From cask at Euston Tap. Pours clear to cloudy golden yellow with a small, creamy and white head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy. Crisp grapefruity. Bitter and grassy initial flavoured. Mild citrusy and grapefruity to vague peachy.
