On tap at El Gato, Essex Junction, VT.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-hazy lightly transparent amber to orange color. A thin cap of a little white head started and dissipates nicely.
The aroma starts with a ruddy malty caramel to toffee sweetness. Moderate nuttiness. Sly grassy hops.
The flavor maintains the appropriate Vienna Lager sweetness. Lingering bready aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable smooth malty feel just rolling over my tongue nicely. Low carbonation. Not cloying.
Overall, good Vienna Lager that I would have again.
