Wow, never heard of a BA Kolsch. Interesting. Pours clear pale yellow, small white head, some lacing. Aroma and flavor are full on Brandy sour, some apple notes. Not really sweet, minimal bitterness, but tastes more like a mixed drink than a beer. Light body.
