Bottled. Amber colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is spices, yeast, a bit tomatosaucelike as well as some sweet malts and mild wooden notes. Flavour is very floral hoppy along with grass and mild fruityness. Mild spices as well. Rather different interpretation of APA, but still quite nice and very drinkable.

Bottle. A hazy beer with some small floaties and a minimal off-white head. Lovely citrusy, resiny hops with lots of peaches, and a nice malty base. The flavor has some malty sweetness, but the hops are doing most of the job. Resin, citrus, peaches and a nice, suitable bitterness. Medium body. Lovely bitter and lemony finish. For a 5% beer, this one’s quite lovely, but I would like the flavor as pronounced as the aroma. 090720

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small slight off white head. Dense floral and slight fruity hops aroma of simcoe and amarillo. Grapefruity, mild caramel malt base. Crisp and refreshing not overly on the hops but surely solid in grapefruit aromatic flavour and bitterness. Lasting fruity and dry bitter finish. Good balanced and hoppy brew. Real crisp and for the early spring sun.
