On tap at Walking Man, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of bubblegumy esters, phenols, and cotton candy. Flavour is a little cleaner, with gentle bubblegumy esters, crisp biscuity malt, and light spiciness. Too estery, not spicy enough, not carbonated enough. Not bad for an American saison but still quite off the mark.

On tap at Walking Man. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Loads of estery yeast on the nose, cloves, banana. Flavour is dominated by a very estery yeast expression with lots of cloves and bubblegum; some rustic notes. Low to moderate carbonation. Pretty poor saison.

Found on my phone - likely a year old or so. Tap from sampler tray. Pours clear orange, very small beige head, some lacing. grassy, belgian yeast, banana, black pepper. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, grassy with banana notes. Medium body.
