Bottle 50 cl. Clear, deep golden with a dense white head leaving some laces. Very fresh and peachy nose. Medium-bodied, sweetish malty and fruity with distinct notes of peachy hops that also leave a fairly bitter finish. 200409

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Hazy copper color. Nice hoppy aroma, pine needles, light manure. Good body structure, with quite smooth mouthfeel, sweet enough for my taste, toffee flavor, good aromatic hopping, long and balanced final. Good, but missing a bite.

Draft. An amber beer with a light tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with nice notes grapefruit and some grass, as well as light notes of toffee. The flavor is very sweet with a subdued malt profile, on which is strong notes of hops, lending it nice notes of grapefruit, lemon peal, and some ginger, leading to a nicely bitter finish, where a toffee note lingers.

ølsmagning valhal, frederikssund, cloudy yellow, small white head. aroma is very hoppy, pine, perhaps too hoppy. flavor is a hop bomb, well balanced hops, but so hoppy it drowns out any other flavores there might be.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Peachy and orange fruity hops aroma. Dry and pinewood hoppy initial flavoured with a distinct grapefruity note. Subdued caramel malt base, medium to a bit light in body. Smooth and dry hoppy finish with a mild yeasty touch and a lasting subdued UK hops impression too.
