Bottle. Poured a clear gold with a tan head. Aroma was hoppy, both citrus and floral with an undertone of oats. Flavor was more hoppy, especially citrus, leading to a very bitter finish.

Bottle. Golden- orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, hop, grapefruit. Flavour is fruit, hop, grapefruit, peaches, malt. Nice beer.

Bottle at Chriso’s pre GBBF tasting 09. Very decent American hops on this I thought. Yeast doesn’t quite work, but decent enough IPA

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. An almost clear, golden beer topped by a finger-thick, creamy, beige head. The aroma has resiny and citrusy hops on a sweetish malty base. Bitter, citrusy and resiny flavor with a good malty sweetness behind, finishing with a good bitterness. Almost astringently bitter, full-bodied. And of course a bitter finish. A nice IPA. 090724

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly - fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, flowers, perfume, orange, soap. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Very nice balanced. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090527]

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Pine and flower notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Herbal powerfull long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice IPA. Malts present.

bottled. Golden coliour, medium orangeish beige colour head. Aroma is sweet malts, yeast gass and stuff. Flavour is quite much the same as well, a quite nice balanced thing, but mild earthyness.

Draft @ Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Pours a golden color with a longlasting white head.Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty and slightly grassy hoppy flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty hoppy bitter finish.

Clear golden with a lasting off-white head, leaving a little lace.Peach and orange hoppy aroma, with a little note of biscuit. Sweet and rich malty flavour perfectly balanced by juicy hops and bitterness. Hardly surprising that Herslev would make a drinkable, balanced and flawless beer to celebrate the anniversary. Congratulations!
