Copenhagen Beer Festival. Thanks to Eddie (Midtyfns) for a sample of this one. Clear amber beer. Malty sweetness and then a fairy aggressive red chili. Ok but lacks the deftness and balance of Eddies own chili beer.

Bottled. Very lively when opened - over carbonated. An unclear dark amber beer with a huge but collapsing off-white head. The aroma has notes of chili, other fruits, caramel, and malt. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of chili, which burns lightly in the mouth and throat, but also with notes of caramel, bread, grain, and straw, leading to a dry finish where the chili note gains in strength and keeps on burning for awhile. Not bad - but not my thing.

Bottled (BB 02/2010)
Amber color, small off-white head. Hoppy-yeast aroma. A bit watery. Fruity hoppyness, late burning chili. Pleasant chili beer. Hoppyness is interesting mix with chili spiceyness.

Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity hops, some mild spices and wood. Flavour is quite much the same. Nice that the Chili actually kicks in after drinking. One of the better chili beer.

Bottled at Copenhagen Beerfestival 09. Hazy brownish color. Peppery. Hot finish, lacks any other taste. Hardly bitterness, but more sweet. Yuck.
