Bottle. Unclear gold with a white head that fades slowly. Aroma is funky with old citrus,grains, dough, herbs. Sunny with first Meyer lemon and gentle bread, then hints of sourness and then as it dries out, bitter herbs and hops, then some oak. Elegant and harmonious.
