This Imperial Stout was aged 12 months in a Woodford Reserve barrel and then an additional 7 months in Pips Meadery Raspberry Prestige barrel. After aging, we conditioned the beer on marshmallows rounding out the ripe raspberry flavor

Nice balance between the raspberry, the chocolate, and the barrel. Not too sweet nor robust.
