A: hazy brown, thin, off-white head.
A: red apple, ripe peach, fruit cake, toast, caramel.
T: sweet apple, peach & banana, fruit cake, cookie spices.
F: herbal hops, apple, dried fruits, warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
So moreish in flavour, like a warm blanket.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma nocciola media grana media persistenza, colore rame torbido, al naso mela cotta chiodi di garofano, in bocca mela cotta strudel spezie, corpo rotondo, alcool perfettamente bilanciato, carbonazione decisa, dolce con amaro moderato. Non pulitissima ma molto buona. Peccato che non l’ho bevuta nelle feste natalizie…. c. Topbeer.it 22.03.24
