Aus der Dose (bbe 30.12.2026) im 2025-02 getrunken. Was ist das im Glas? Sicher kein Stout bzw. Bier und auch fernab was es so an Pasty Stouts gab! Es erinnert an ein auf künstlerisch hohen Niveau an eine verflüssigten Kirsch-Schokoladen-Kuchen mit Schlagsahne. Auch wenn es nicht schlecht ist, wirken die Aromen-Komposition verstörend perfekt aber wirkt auch irgendwie künstlich erzeugt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich mehr davon im Glas haben will.

Smell- malty, cherry, sour cherry, fermented fruits.
Foam- medium thick, cherry, sour cherry, some sweetness, fermented fruits. Head is small, dark brown in color.
Appearance- nice simple can. Black in color, no visible carbonation.
From - snifter
Taste - sour cherry, cherry juice, malt, some acidic tones, some sweetness. Alcohol is somewhat hidden, but sour cherries are bit too strong. Basically its fermented cherry + malt with some alcohol. Not my style.
