Bottle @ Gunnfryds megaticker party. Clear, golden body without any head, slightly oily viscosity. Concentrated apple aroma with cellar notes, hint of cherry and raisins with some alcohol. Taste is sweet, apple juice, apple syrup, some oak, cherry, raisins, and warming alcohol. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. Very nice, even this sweet there is some kind of balance here. There is an impact from the barrel with a slightly hint of rum. Very nice.

Bottle 375ml @ gunnfryd. Pours deep golden with no head. Aroma has notes of sweet apple, alcohol, cherry, rum, oak and vanilla. Taste is heavy sweet and light sour with a long warm, oak, vanilla, apple, cherry and rum finish. Body is full, texture is oily with no carbonation.

Bottle. Clear deep golden, still and headless. Complex apple aroma, light rum, green raisin, spiced, light sugary. Full, sweet, warming. Delicious flavor too, some rum-like notes in the end. Really nice this one. 250215
