Bottle @ Gunnfryds megaticker party. Clear, golden body without any head, slightly oily viscosity. Concentrated apple aroma with cellar notes and some alcohol. Taste is sweet, apple juice, apple syrup, some oak, fruity, and warming alcohol. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. Very nice, even this sweet there is some kind of balance here. There is an impact from the barrel, but not able to detect any cognac flavors.

Bottle 375ml @ gunnfryd. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma has notes of sweet apple, oak and vanilla. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light sour with a long warm sweet apple, oak and vanilla finish. Body is full, texture is oily with no carbonation.

Bottle. Oily, dark golden, still. A bit alcoholic aroma, cellar notes and lots of apple. Some booze, spiced. Full-bodied, warming, sweet. Complex apple, some cellar, spiced, booze. Lasting finish. Delicious. 250215

KYKEGG. Golden color with no head. Aroma and flavor is alcohol, apple, sugar, cognac, spices, cellar, oak, vanilla. Nice.
