Loki er en tørr, boblende og lett syrlig mjød. Den kan anvendes i de fleste sammenhenger der man ville servert musserende vin. Loki passer godt til østers, kaviar, lette småretter, eller som aperitiff.

Loki is a dry, sparkling and slightly acidic mead. It can be used in most scenarios where one would serve a sparkling wine. Loki pairs well with oysters, caviar, light dishes, or as an aperitif.

Bottle @ Gunfryds megaticker party. Nice, deep red body under a small off-white head. Aroma has some honey, but there is also a strange and unpleasant scent of over ripe red berries and fruit that reminds me of puke. Some of these elements are found in the taste as well. Rather messy and unpleasant. Sorry.

Bottle 750ml @ gunnfryd. Pours clear reddish with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of honey, red currant and hint of strawberries. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a long slightly tart berry fruity and honey finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl. Clear, light copper colored with small off-white head. Puke-like aroma with red berries, honey, spices and a herbal touch. Acidic, sweet, full-bodied and warming. A bit unpleasant flavor too, more focus on red berries. Overripe strawberry. Unpleasant.
