Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of wild yeast, gentle wine barrels, and a touch of berries. Flavour is buggy, with lots of wine barrels, seltzery notes, and wild bugs. A bit muddled but it works alright.

Bottle at party in Benfeld. Bit hazy orange golden. Peach, sour grains, light herbal, apricot, honey, orange zest. Solid medium sour, less sweet. Medium bodied, a little thick from pedio. Nice.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange amber, dense and creamy white head. Aroma: Hay, tart, fruity stone fruit. Taste: Stone fruit, hay, floral, some wood and tannins, vinuous hints of white wine. Spicy hints. Over moderate tart. Bit creamy mouthfeel. Old hop backbone.Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice complexity.
