Draft at brewery. Lovely copper pour and beige head. Nutty and bready and dark fruit. Paired with bonsai bar made a cool little tree while drinking.

2/16/25 draught at the brewery.
Clear, deep amber with ruddy tones and a small, light beige head that quickly recedes to ring.
Heavy melanoidin with rich, date, fig, a bit of alcohol warmth, brown sugar and light floral notes.
Toasty and rich with strong brown bread and fruity, tart melanoidin. Malty up front drying out fully and ending very, very dry and crusty. Not so much deep, comforting malt but hard to get mad at a very dry example.
