From old tasting notes. Copper colored with a fine creamy beige head. Soft fruity toasted malt aroma. Wonderfully complex caramel malt flavor with herbal hop overtones. Sweet malt/hop finish is long and flavorful. Very true to that ESB style.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a chestnut color with a small creamy tan head. The aroma was sour malt with a hint of fruit. The flavor was sour and quite hoppy with only a trace amount of malt noticeable. Sourness grows and lingers on the finish. An ok ESB but nothing to write home about.
