Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 3 - Hackney. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a bubbly, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with mellow funk, nice tangerine, orange peel, a little lemony tang. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with mild herbal/floral notes, more soft citric tang, light funk. Tasty stuff.
