The concept was to enhance the naturally sour base beer, which already has subtle wine-like notes, with a fruit that complements its fruity/wine-like base. That’s why we chose cherries, which blend seamlessly into the base beer and beautifully complement its flavor profile.

Can, big bubbly head, clear palish red colour, aroma of cherries and bit of candy, flavor of cherries , minerals and some yoghurt, medium lactic sourness, a hint of bitterness. Nice and drinkable.

Közepes, gyorsan elolvadó hab, áttetsző, narancspiros szín. Az illata abszolút egy flamand vörös. Íze is jellegzetesen flamand vörös, bár nem olyan komplex, mint mondjuk az Alexander, plusz egy kis meggy. Könnyű, erősen szénsavas, alig kesernyés. Első próbálkozásnak egészen jó. Szerintem nagyon jót tenne neki egy hordós érlelés.
