The flavor profile of Imperial Stouts allows for nutty, sweet experiments. That's why, following the success of the pecan-infused batch in 2022, we continue the "nutty" pastry line this year. The base Imperial Stout, made using a previously unused method, aged exclusively in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels for 6 months. Alongside peanuts, we added caramel to the beer to impart a perfect nutty-caramel, chocolatey flavor profile to it.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Black body, brownish head. Hazelnut and caramel dominate the huuuuge aroma, not much barrel. More hazelnut and caramel in the taste, huge alcohol, feels a bit stale malt-wise, ending bitterish. Unsure, I wasn't as impressed as with some other beers around, went heavily against the grain here.

Kicsi, gyorsan elillanó hab, fekete szín. Intenzív, mogyorós, karamelles, csokis illat, némi aszalt szilvával és whiskey-s aromával. Karamelles, mogyorós, csokis, kakaós, kávés ízvilág, whiskey-s, hordós és aszalt gyümölcsös vonásokkal. Tetes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Nagyon finom, komplex sör.
