Igen, ismét jövünk a búzaborral, és nem is akármilyennel! Két évig érleltük, Tennessee Whiskey és Bourbon hordókban, hogy az alap búzabor egy olyan komplex és utánozhatatlan ízvilágot vegyen át a hordóktól, amitől még mi is meglepődtünk! Azt tudtuk, hogy nem semmi tétel lesz, de a blendelt, azaz megfelelő arányban kevert, palackozott tétel kóstolása után rájöttünk, hogy az a mesés komplexitás és kiemelkedő aromatika, amit a búzabor kapott, egészen egyszerűen zseniális.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head, doesn't last. Smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Thin feeling but richly flavoured malts. Toffee, caramel, a little malt cream. Good bourbon soaked ripe fruits on the back end. Bourbon spice, oak barrelled vanilla. Smooth and semi dry bourbon finish. Tidy and drinkable..

Lighter shade of black topped with a khaki cap that dissipates over time.
Nose is dried fruit rinds, dates, figs, bourbon, toffee, molasses, brown sugar melt.
Taste comprises toffee fudge, bourbon rip, sticky dark fruit rinds, figs, brown sugar melt, molasses.
Full bodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid.

Semmi hab, fekete szín. Csokis, aszalt gyümölcsös, vaníliás, hordós illat, whiskey-s vonásokkal, a háttérben némi búzával. Édes, csokis, kakaós, földes, aszalt sötét gyümölcsös ízek, vaníliás, whiskey-s aromákkal. Enyhén alkoholos. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Isteni.
