Cask (handpump) @ The Star Inn, Huddersfield, England. @ [ The Star Inn Summer Beer Festival ]. Dark (no surprise here :) ) amber color with a medium lasting off-white head. Thin to average body. The aroma is quite intense caramel and some butterscotch. The flavor is not as intense as the aroma was promising.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090716]

RBESG Sheffield 2009. Handpump at The Star Inn Summer Beer Festival, Huddersfield. Dark amber colour, off white head. Aroma of butterscotch and butter. Flavour is malty, butterscotch, a bit fruity, light bitter finish.
