Take a swing at this classic West Coast style beer with Mosaic, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo hops. We reprised the original recipe from 2020 and made some twists while maintaining the spirit. Pleasant aromas of pine resin and floral notes with a simple malt structure based on extra pale and dextrin malt acquiesce to refreshing citral-grape-currant hop flavors with a persistent bitterness.

Tap @ Patricks. Cloudy golden body under a fine, lacing white head. Aroma has some citric fruit, grassy, slightly pine, grapes and floral. Taste is mild, smooth pale malt, some citric fruit, hint of pine and a floral touch with moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nothing special really but fair enough.
