Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di caffè e di cioccolato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata ed elegante, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa color marrone castagno resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di caramello, miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, pane cotto di recente, agrumi e frutta passita.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, with almost no foam. Aroma is malty, caramel, nutty. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, toasted, with some bitterness as well. Final is fairly dry.

Handpump at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Chestnut skin pour with amber-caramel highlights, tick creamy foam with retention. Nose: wood, mou, caramel, cane sugar. Mouth: watery body, clean overall, hints of cocoa, sweet caramel. The finish is softly bitter.
