Yamadanishiki rice perfectly suited to brewing is fermented at low temperature spending more than 40 days. The product has fruity aroma, sweetness and excellent body feeling and sharpness. Enjoy the sake in room temperature or slightly cool down. This is a Daiginjo that breaks the rules. A faint aroma of freshly cut melon introduces a nectar like palate that is sweet upfront with playful acidity. A very complex sake that is best consumed between 15 - 20 ℃. Rice type: Yamadanishiki. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai) (精米歩合): 40%. Bottle size: 720ml.
