375ml bottle pours a watery, transparent, cola brown with one ring of off white head. Nose of limes, cola, malt, orange peel. Flavor is bitter with acetic acid, lime, blood orange, not much else. Full bodied, acidic finish.

Shared at a Lost Abbey sour tasting. Poured a dark cloudy red color with a small off-white head. Aroma was tart cherries with a nice funk note to it. Funky, with barrel notes that rounded this one out pretty well.

Bottle from a trade with cbkschubert. Cork comes out with a faint pop. Pours hazy reddish brown color with minimal tan head. Sour cherry, wood and acetic aromas. Very sour. Tart cherry flavor with some oak. Medium body with almost no carbonation. Quite acedic. Thanks Craig.

From bottle at Sour & Bitter 2012. It pours very dark brown, with a decent beige head. The nose is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, funk, toffee, dark fruit, balsamic vinegar, almond, toasted coconut and vanilla. The taste is lemon, grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, dark fruit, moderate acidity, some underlying roasted malt and charcoal flavours and balsamic vinegar. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Very well balanced. This is not usually my favourite sour style, but this one was great!

Bottle sample at Sour&Bitter Copenhagen 2012. Bottle looks awesome. Beer in the glass very dark, almost black, small head. Sour-fruity aroma, like plum. Starts mild sour, fruity-dry, but then more and more dry, also more sour. Dusty-dry. Nevertheless quite well balanced. Sourish finish. Good!
