鳳凰美田 SUPREME. It is the highest peak of Houou Biden. Junmai Daiginjo brewed with a special Yamada Nishiki is stored at ice temperature (-5 °C or less) and flavored. It is one that makes you feel the style and depth even at first glance. This is a pure rice daiginjo that pinpointly selects the best fields and refines only the best Yoneyamada Nishiki of that year, harvested from those fields, to a 30% rice polishing rate. Rice type: Yamanishiki Nishiki sake rice. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai) (精米歩合): 30%. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo) (日本酒度): ±0. Acidity (sando) (酸度): 1.6. Bottle size: 720 ml.
