Bottle at DC Epic Sour Tasting 2014, courtesy of noodleuser, thank you sir! hazy deep amber color, medium white head. Aroma of slightly papery dusty fruit. Taste is dusty, peppery light citrus. Maybe a bit oxidized, but still tasty.

Some florals and some citrus. Pours brown with good head and lacing, finishes with some sourness. Lots of bretta sourness here, and well integrated. Bottle thanks to Noodleuser at Epic Sour Tasting.

Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Muddy amber color; small head. The aroma is light, mixing some fruits, vegetables; but also a very light and nice sourness, Bretts. Dry mouthfeel, citrus fruits sourness, light yeasty caramel flavor the final is medium sour. It can be a fake lambic, but quite confused and not convincing.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet and acidic with notes of brettanomyces, lacto, wood, and citrus fruits as well as lighter notes of hops. The flavor is sweet combined with an acidity and with notes of malt and lemon as well as lighter notes of wood, leading to a tart fruity finish. The acidity burns lightly on the palate.

Hazy dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma had lacto, toasted malt, caramel and sour berries. Flavour had loads of lacto, sour berries, roasted malt and wood. Finished sour. Not bad.
