Drank cold. The color is a hint of green. The olfactory intensity is normal and lasts sufficiently. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces vanilla, peach, white melon and apricot. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of vigorous and solid sake. The aroma on the tongue is medium dry. The body is full. The gustatory intensity is high, and the gustatory persistence is good. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are ready to drink. The roof of the mouth carries hints of vanilla, peach, banana, spring water, anise and umami. VARIATIONS Plus, drunk at room temperature (My vote 7.0/10). The liquid is colorless. The olfactory intensity is high, and the duration is sufficient. The nose taste - secondary aromas find dried apricot, fruity aroma, light taste, white melon, resin and a hint of milk. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong sake. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are of easy drinking. On the tongue there are impressions of vanilla, peach, dried apricot, green apple, mushroom, honey, licorice, aniseed and soy. VARIATIONS Plus, drunk (My vote 6.8/10). The nose taste - secondary aromas find impressions of melon, wood, almond, mushroom and honey. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are of easy drinking. On the roof of the mouth there are notes of cooked rice, vanilla, apple, honey, mimosa, umami and white mushrooms.
