20/6/2025. Bottle from Centonove novantasei, Foggia. Enjoyed on the balcony in Giovinazio. A malty, bready, caramel strong ale. Fruity. Good body. Enjoyed this.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color avorio resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è persistente. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, agrumi, erbe aromatiche e uvetta bagnata nel rum.

Bottle 0.33. Dark hazy amber with an ivory frothy foam. Nose: chestnut honey, barley, raisins, molasses. Mouth: same notes of the aroma with a slight bitter overall. Good!
