On tap at In de Wildeman, as Nils Pils. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of light sweet pale malts, hay, light grassy hops. Flavour is light sweet, light floral, hay, pale malts, some honey, light bitter grassy hoppy finish that gets rather dry towards the end. Light bodied. Nice and tasty pils, very moreish.

From tap at Wildeman as Nils Pils. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild butterish, vague grassy and cornish. Sweet malty, light grassy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and bonedry to brutal into the finish.

Draught @ Brouwerij de Pelgrim Brewpub, Aelbrechtskolk 12, 3024 Rotterdam-Delftshaven, Netherlands.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, fruity, cabbage water, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090601]

Tap @ some cafe near De Doelen, Rotterdam. Hazy pale colour, white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Flavour is hoppy. Smooth beer. Nice one.
