Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear honey - amber with a decent frothy white cap. The aroma is sweet - sour, dried fruits, berry, nutty, cereal, smokey vibes, dried leaves and leather. The taste is firmly dry, toothy, chewy, bitter, dull acidity, sourness, dried fruits, red berry, leather, toasted nut, wood embers and vinous accents with a drying finale. Average body and soft, yet fluffy carbonation. An interesting offering for sure. Novel.
