From notes while drinking at the brewery. On tap. Aroma has a really nice medium stone fruit and tropical fruit note. Medium light oak notes with a nice citrus character and light malt. Light tannins and wine character. Pours an orangish copper with a bit of cloudiness and a small white head with alright retention. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor has a nice tartness with a great juicy pineapple and tropical fruit character. Medium light citrus with medium light bitterness. Light malt notes with light oak and a bit of oak tannins. Nice hop flavors. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really delicious beer with a nice hop character that works really well with the barrel notes and yeast character. I’m really enjoying these dry hopped sours.
