Hazy dark blond colour with thin head. Aroma has some sweet malt and maybe some honey. The warmth of the chilli is only comng through deep in the throat in the aftertaste.

Bottle at the pizza place across the road from the brewery. Murky orange light brown with off white head. Caramel, some spices, sweet red fruit, peach, light cocoa. Very fruity, light chili but I don’t get much coriander. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Bit over medium bodied.

Small off-white rim; copper-orangeish beer. Bit salty, mineral, silty, but also cornflakes and some anonymous spice. Chili in the flavour, old grains/malts (again some oxydation!), bit toasted. Medium bodied, rather slick. Chili comes out much more in force in the finish. OK. But that is about the best I can say. Thanks, M & L V.! 6/4/5/3/11
