On tap at Popeyes. Pours a bright orange hue with a medium white head. A light sweet citrus nose. Toast, mild bitterness, fresh oranges. Smooth. Not super dank.

Ise Kadoya Dank IPA 5.5% Less than 400¥ at Don Quixote is a pretty good deal! Crystal clear gold with dense off-white foam and a citrus/grapefruit somewhat fruity hop bouquet which to me doesn’t scream dank. The taste is more dank with pine and citrus. The pine bitterness up front while the citrus shows up in the finish with a balancing malt sweetness. Really easy drinking, it has a lingering bitterness and I’d say this is a solid example of a west coast ipa and tastes fresh as hell (no canning date but BB 07/28/2023). Medium bodied with quite a dry finish. This hits the spot.
