0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Clear copper with a nearly two finger but not long lasting head. Low malty smell. Taste is more malty, some nuts, litle bit metallic. Decent bitterness. Also caramel sweetness. Low carbonated. Nice.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass amber coloured, nice head. Spicy malty aroma. Starts fine malty-spicy. Dry background, light herbal touch. A bit metallical. Finish well balanced. Could show some more character. Okay.

“Ehringsdorfer Bonifatius Bock“, Flasche (50 cl) von Nahkauf, Mellingen. - Dunkelrotbraun, klar.

This can (looks just like the picture for St. Bonifatius Premium Craft Beer) is labeled 6.5% by volume; states it is brewed for Egerer; from an Egerer Advent box from the Woodland CostCo. Pours copper with an arguably beige head. Malty aroma. Some fruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor is malty with some arguably grassy hop. Finishes on a sweet note. I do not think this is a Helles. Given the ABV I put the rating here rather than under St. Bonifatius Premium Craft Beer. Sure seems more of a bock than a Helles. The color in my glass is a close match for the color shown in the bottle image here.

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Is this really a bock? Little more malts than the other two Ehringsdorfer I just drain poured. Taste is okay, but really not more than that. A rather "meh" beer, almost nothing of makes a difference to other styles is missing, and it’s not on purpose.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 06/2013
Aroma has hay, some peaches. Flavour has fusel‐like alcohol, some grain, hay, distant fruity notes and hints of glue. Finishes with some grassy notes. Looks and tastes like heller bock.

500ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy, caramel malty aroma, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is dry, metallic, subtle malt sweetness. Can’t find anything in this.

Schlecht. 10/7/6/4/6/4
