Bottle from Press. 8.2%, but no vintage sadly. Tulip @home. Sparkly, nucleated, almost clear, medium gold. Minerally, half tart, slighty veggie, white grape nose. Taste is drastically different. Tart & sweet, lightly floral, green peppers, lime. Yeasty, sort of savory, grassy finish with a touch of booze. Not a lot of the abrasiveness usually found in Wickson. Thin, super carbed, easy abv for the list.

500 ml bottle. Pours a clear, very pale yellow hue with a effervescent body. A big sweet apple nose. More subdued flavors, soft, fizzy, semi sweet apples, grainy. Solid. Drinkable.
