Super hazy peach and orange coloured body with a big haze, around ninety per cent opaque, all with a nice raw honey glow and a thick, billowy tan and off-white head that leaves an ugly lace on the sides. Aroma of bright flowers and fresh-cut grass with a dry herbal element and some soft notes along with a dose of caster sugar and even some honey as well. Medium-bodied; Strong citrusey flavours at first with a big hit of fresh oranges and grapefruit peel with a touch of softer sweetness from caster sugar towards the end with a light dose of yeast as well. Aftertaste shows some nice pungent alcohol and alpha acid bitterness from the hops with a good hit of citrus and flowers as well, but quite potent and dry. Overall, a nice and robust beer with some good flavours, but a smooth complexity and some potent alpha acids and yeast - making this robust, yet fairly easy-drinking. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in Portland (Pearl), Oregon on 27-March-2021 for US$3,79 sampled in my hotel room here in the centre of Portland on 27-March-2021, a few minutes later with my family.
