A blend of open fermented saisons brewed for Les Caves. This blend included a portion of the first six saisons blended with brettanomyces. The bottles are complex with a refreshingly sour finish.

Bottle from the Brewery. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. A sour woody fruity nose. Big Brett flavors , woody, oranges, tangerine. Light funk. At times quite sour. Hay. Saison base is clear. Very interesting. Sour lambic-like sawdust.
